In oil well cementing applications, Amorphous silica chemistry work as densification and early strength retrogression. The Colloidal Silica litrally mean particles are under colloidal suspension. Aquasilica 300 is liquid gel phase net work of colloidal silica particles; they are highly reactive and amorphous in nature. Aquasilica exceptionally work a stabilizer, densifying agent, increased durability an efficient accelerator and more than this strength developer.

Using Aquasilica Colloidal Silica resulting in extremely stable, bleed-free cement slurries without free water.

The Cementing is an important work in oil well extraction process.. During the well construction process, cementing job is categorized as primary and remedial cementing. Primary cementing is the process of cement placement around casing. The main functions of cementing to provide zonal isolation & thus preventing migration of fluids in the annulus to provide structural integrity for the casing.

The cement usually used in the process of oil well are either Class G or Class H type. Typically they are calcium alumino silicates. During the hydration of cement both silica and calcium hydroxide are dissolved and become available for further reaction. Typically CSH gel creation Is happened with the addition of Aquasilica colloidal particles. These particles reacts with Calcium hydroxide rapidly and form calcium di or trisilicate bond that give early and long term strength.
