The versatile materials like Stone and Masonry Sealers can be used on their own, as penetrating sealers or formulated into a variety of coating formulations and construction materials, such as grout and caulk, to add repellency and stain release characteristics.
Unlike conventional silicone, Siloxane sealers doesn’t offer Oil repellency and stain resistance like grease and cooking oil. Also using more additive sometime attract dirt and dust on the darker stone surface.
