We offer 3M™ Flame Retardant Additive FR-2025 used as a functional additive for polycarbonate compound used at low usage levels. FR-2025 is 100% Potassium Perfluorobutane sulfonateflame retardant additive can be formulated to produce optically-clear, haze-free grades of polycarbonate for extrusion and molding. FR 2025 is non-brominated, non-chlorinated additive. it is chemically and thermally stable up to 450°C so additive is compound friendly at elevated temperature. It is recommended that the FR 2025 be initially dispersed into a 10% or more masterbatch and then compounded into the final plastic blend.
