3M™ Easy Clean Coating ECC-5000 is a clear, colorless nano treatment for glazed ceramic, glass and other denser ceramic materials. It also offers excellent stain resistance, water and oil repellency. ECC-5000 is 40% Fluoropolymer Balance Fluorinated additives useful in the formulation of self-cured easy clean nano coatings for glass and ceramics those requires highly durable and longer life span product.

3M™ Easy Clean Coating ECC-5000 is a clear, slightly yellow to amber colored concentrated product that can provide water, oil and stain repellency and easy-to-clean properties on glazed ceramic tiles. ECC-5000 coating is typically applied by spray application from a very diluted solution in water, containing about 0.1% to 0.5% by weight of product. As a result, it will give a virtually invisible coating with a thickness of about 20 to 100 nm.
ECC-5000 coatings can be applied by spray application or dip coating. The treatment provides a hydrophobic surface that allows simple rinsing away of soils and sludge from the surface with no residual surface
staining.
