With more than 25 years of experience in the chemical sector, Milind Madhao Jartare has built his career around specialty chemicals, industrial raw materials and application-led business development.
His approach to EXPLORAX is practical: understand the field challenge first, select the chemistry second, and then qualify the product against the customer’s real operating conditions. This philosophy guides the division’s work across drilling fluids, cementing systems, stimulation chemistry and production treatment.
Under his leadership, EXPLORAX is being developed as a technically responsive oilfield-chemicals platform with strong emphasis on product knowledge, formulation support, laboratory evaluation and long-term customer relationships.
