DUSTZEN is diluted with water and applied using conventional spray equipment. As the water evaporates, a flexible polymeric network binds loose particles and creates a more durable surface than plain-water treatment.

Step-by-Step Application Procedure
Surface Prep
Remove debris, level surface, and lightly pre-wet porous roads if dry.
Dilution
Fill tank with clean water, then slowly add DUSTZEN® under gentle agitation.
Spraying
Apply uniformly via tankers, spray bars, misting systems, or hoses.
Drying
Allow water to evaporate fully without disturbing the surface film.
Inspection
Check crust integrity; reapply a second coat if extended life is needed.
